About this course
You are scored for presence before you have made your point. So is everyone else in the room. This course separates what you choose, what you were given, and what the reader makes of both. You work the first. You read the third carefully. It is for managers, rising leaders, and anyone who sits on a panel that decides who looks ready.
You practice Arrive Settle Start, Say It Back It Bound It, Where Eyes Go, Same Voice Different Order, and Not Yet By When. Cases put both chairs in front of you: the one you sit in, and the one that reads you. Lent, Borrowed, and Earned weight show you when the room sends eyes away. Record Before Read closes the course with the year before the hour.
Under every read sits the ENRICH foundation, created by Duane K. Andrews and Sherry M. Jerimie. You leave with tools you can use the next time someone forms a view of you before you speak, and the next time you form one of someone else.
Who it is for
- Anyone scored for presence before they have made their point.
- Managers and rising leaders who are read in rooms they do not control.
- Readers on panels, talent reviews, and hiring loops who want a cleaner first read.
- Professionals who leave meetings unsure how they landed before they spoke.
Learning objectives and outcomes
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Sort Chosen, Given, Read. Three piles before you write a word about anyone, including yourself.
- Arrive, Settle, Start. Be reachable in the first minute when the room is already scoring you.
- Say It, Back It, Bound It. One clear claim, the support under it, and the edge of what you are not claiming.
- Track Where Eyes Go. Lent, Borrowed, and Earned weight, and how to stop sending eyes away.
- Use Same Voice, Different Order. Keep your register; change the sequence the room hears.
- Hold Not Yet, By When. A deferral that still earns trust under pressure.
- Run Record Before Read. Build the year that makes the hour read differently.
