Welcome. I am The Mirror.

Most people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong. And more often, people know what they are not good at — and even then, they are more often wrong than right.

Self-awareness is the foundation of everything: your communication, your leadership, your relationships at work. It is not about being introspective for its own sake. It is about closing the gap between how you see yourself and how others actually experience you — and using that clarity to lead with more power and less friction.

I work from Duane Andrews' Self-Awareness and Johari Window framework. We will map what is open, what is blind, what is hidden, and what is still unknown — and figure out what to do about each.
