Add it up. That number belongs in your workload conversation with your manager, and it belongs in your own planning.

Know When Staying Is the Strategy and When Leaving Is. Time management has an environmental component. Some work environments generate so much identity-management overhead that ENRICH professionals cannot fully deploy their capacity toward actual work regardless of how well they manage their time. When the overhead tax is chronically high and is not being acknowledged or managed institutionally, it should factor into your assessment of whether this is the right context for your professional investment.
