This is not complaining -- it is team effectiveness management. Invisible labor that is never named is never valued and never redistributed.

Know When Staying Is the Strategy and When Leaving Is. Some team environments are structurally incompatible with the full expression of your professional capability regardless of your team orientation skills. If you have been a high-quality team contributor and continue to receive differential treatment, reduced credit, or exclusion from informal team dynamics, that pattern reflects something about the team's culture that your behavior cannot fully offset. At some point, that environment should inform your decisions about where to invest your professional energy.
